Potatoes What a Delicious Miracle! The secret is slicing! One of the best potato dishes you can cook in the oven. Unusual creamy, delicate taste and appearance like a puff pie, all thanks to the slicing. The ingredients are the most common.

Recipe:

Potatoes -1 kg.

Butter -100gr.

Champignon mushrooms -300gr.,

Onion -1pc.

Salt -1 tsp

Black pepper - to taste

Seasoning for potatoes -1 tsp.

COOKING METHOD

We peel the potatoes, the weight of the peeled potatoes is 1 kg and cut with a vegetable peeler, so into such thin slices, when it is already difficult to hold the potatoes, we cut thinly with a knife.

Now be sure to rinse the potatoes well and let the water drain. Cut the onion into cubes, cut the fresh mushrooms into slices.

Put the potatoes in a bowl, add an incomplete tsp, salt, onion, black pepper and add 1 tsp seasoning to the potatoes. Mix everything well. Melt butter 100 gr.

We take a suitable baking sheet and grease with butter. Put half of the potatoes and distribute, now put half of the mushrooms, level and put the other half of the potatoes and mushrooms.


Now we coat with butter on top, and pour the rest into the potatoes.

Cover with foil and put in a preheated oven, bake at 200 degrees for 30 minutes, now remove the foil, reduce the temperature to 180 and bake for another 30 minutes, until tender.
