Terrific Juicy Minute Meat! Even tastier than regular chops. An excellent dinner or lunch, prepared immediately with a side dish, it remains to be supplemented with only fresh vegetables or pickles. The breast is juicy and tasty.

Recipe:

Chicken breast -500g.

Potatoes -600g.

Salt -1 / 2 tsp.

Black pepper - to taste

Egg -2pcs.

Flour - for breading

COOKING METHOD

Cut the chicken breast into portions, I have a chicken breast weight of 500 grams. We beat off the chicken breast.

Salt on both sides, about half a teaspoon, and add spices, I add black pepper. Distribute the spices evenly and set aside. Peel the potatoes and rub on a coarse grater, about 600g.

To prevent the potatoes from darkening, grate a small onion, add a little salt and mix. Break two eggs into a bowl, add a little salt and beat with a fork.
We take a piece of meat, roll it in flour, then roll it in an egg, then roll it in potatoes.

We take a frying pan, pour in vegetable oil and heat it up.

It is suitable for any stove, the metal handle does not heat up. Place chicken chops in potatoes and fry until golden brown over high heat. We do the same with the rest of the chops. Now put the chops on a baking sheet and bring in the oven until cooked for 10-15 minutes at 200 degrees.
