NOW Mackerel is not only SALT, I BREW AND HEAT, but I COOK THIS! Aromatic, fragrant and delicious. In general, I like to cook mackerel in different versions, and here the other day I got a recipe for mackerel from Elena's subscriber. Recipe:
Mackerel -2 pcs.
Bay leaf - 10g.
Salt - 1 tsp
Lemon juice -2-3 tbsp.
Black pepper - to taste
COOKING METHOD
The recipe is outrageously simple. And so we proceed. We take fresh-frozen mackerel, defrost it, cut off the head, remove the insides, wash.
Now salt the fish, about half a tsp each. for one fish, you can add your favorite spices. We take the foil, put a bay leaf in the middle, put mackerel on it.
Be sure to sprinkle with lemon juice, for convenience I take ready-made lemon juice. Sprinkle inside and a little on top. Now put another bay leaf on top and wrap it in foil. We do the same with the arch of the fish.
Now put the prepared fish on a baking sheet and put in a preheated oven, bake at 180 degrees for 35-40 minutes. We take out the finished fish and serve it to the table. It tastes a bit unusual, but very tasty.
