Recipe:

Honey -6 tbsp. (250gr)

Soda -1 tsp

Eggs - 5 pcs.

Sugar -200gr.

Salt -1 / 3 tsp.

Flour -320g.

For the cream:

Sour cream -800g.

Powdered sugar - to taste

COOKING METHOD

Put 6 tablespoons in a saucepan. honey, or by weight 250 grams.

Add 1 tsp. soda without a slide and put on fire, heat the honey, stirring constantly, the mass will begin to foam and as soon as it begins to change color, immediately remove it from the heat.

And let it cool, this is how the mass looks when the foam settles.

Let's put it aside. Break 5 eggs into another bowl, add 200 grams of sugar, add 1/3 tsp. sugar, and beat with a mixer until the mass increases by 3-4 times, it takes 4-5 minutes in time.

Now pour in warm honey with baking soda and mix gently with a spoon. Add the sifted flour gradually 320 grams. We take the multicooker bowl and grease it with vegetable oil, I cover the bottom with parchment. Pour the dough into the multicooker bowl and put it in the multicooker. Baking mode 1 hour 10 minutes.

We check the readiness with a wooden skewer. Turn off the multicooker and leave it to stand for 10 minutes, then remove it with a steaming device and let it cool completely. Now our task is to divide the honey biscuit into 5 parts, I do this, with wooden skewers I make markings on the same distance from each other, now with a knife I first make cuts in a circle, and then I cut with a knife along incisions.

The result is 5 of these fluffy cakes. Let's prepare the cream. Let's measure 800 grams of sour cream, I take 25% fat, add powdered sugar to taste, I don't like too sweet, so I add 2-3 tablespoons, mix the cream with a whisk.

If you beat with a mixer, the cream will become liquid. I cut the top of the cake to make a crumb for decoration later. We collect the cake. We coat the cakes with cream on both sides and lay them on top of each other. Optionally, you can add prunes or walnuts to the layers.

We coat the sides and top of the cake. Use a blender to make crumbs and sprinkle the sides and top of the cake. Let the cake soak well in the refrigerator. I leave it overnight.


Now we take out the cake and cut it into portioned pieces. The cake turns out to be soft, aromatic, well-soaked and unusually tasty. I recommend cooking.
