Today I am sharing a recipe for Semolina pancakes for breakfast with a filling. This is the type of dish when you need to prepare a quick and tasty breakfast in a hurry. You can add different fillings and get a new taste every time.

In one of my publications, I told how I prepare the Sour Cream Cake in a frying pan from only three ingredients: Flour, sour cream, sugar. Look how delicious it turns out!

Recipe:

Eggs -2pcs.

Semolina -2 tbsp. (30gr.)

Salt -1 / 3 tsp.

Sugar -1 / 3 tsp.

Milk -100ml.

For filling:

Hard cheese or

curd cheese - to taste

red fish s / s-to taste

COOKING METHOD

Break 2 eggs into a bowl, add semolina 2 tbsp. with a slide. By weight 30 grams. Add salt 1/3 tsp. If you want to make a sweet filling, you can add sugar 1 tsp.

Pour in 100 ml of milk and mix with a blender or a regular whisk. Let the dough stand for 5 minutes. During this time, we will prepare the filling, I have cheese today.

Rub it on a grater. After 5 minutes the dough is ready. We take a frying pan, grease it with oil and bake like regular pancakes.

I want to note that such pancakes are baked just perfect, they do not break when turned over and are very tasty. From this amount, 4-5 pancakes are obtained. Now we are filling with any filling of your choice. I did it with cheese today. We bake a pancake, sprinkle it with hot cheese while it is and roll it into a roll.

Cut into portions and serve.

I also like to grease with classic curd cheese by adding slices of red fish or just curd cheese with additives, such as mushroom.
