I will teach you how to make a fluffy biscuit... in a saucepan on the stove, not in the oven. An unusual way, but I like it: the biscuit bakes well, it turns out airy, does not fall off - you can safely use it for a cake. I highly recommend writing down this recipe!
Preparation:
In the process of preparing the dough, I probably won't tell you anything new. We take the classic biscuit recipe, it is also the simplest one - only 3 ingredients.
Beat 4 eggs with 1 glass of sugar until fluffy. Add vanilla sugar at this stage if desired. Gradually add 1 cup of sifted flour and beat again until smooth.
The secret of a fluffy and tasty biscuit is in the ratio of flour and sugar. There should be the same amount of these ingredients - I take one glass for 4 eggs.
And now the most interesting thing is how to bake a biscuit in a saucepan on the stove. We take a medium-sized pan, cover the bottom and sides with baking paper (cut a circle along the diameter of the bottom or a little more and cut off a strip to cover the sides). You can grease the pan with vegetable oil, but with paper it is still better - nothing will burn.
We transfer the dough to the pan.
We turn on the stove - electric or gas, the fire is the smallest! We put the frying pan. In a frying pan, a saucepan with dough. You can't put it on the stove right away - everything will burn. It is necessary to make a kind of "thick bottom".
Wrap the lid of the pan with a thin towel and close. The biscuit is cooked for about 1.5 hours, maybe 1 hour and 20 minutes - it depends on the stove. Do not open the lid! As soon as you remove it from the stove, keep the lid closed for another 10-15 minutes.
Then we cut into cakes, grease with any cream and the cake is ready! Very tasty and simple. Bon appetit, my dears!
