As a snack today persimmon (350 g) - 230 kcal.
For lunch, I warmed up 250 g of julienne from the breast of an idea and champignons and cut 150 g of a cucumber to it.

And for dinner, jellied meat (250 g) with 40 g of homemade whole grain bread. It turned out to be a dinner for 600 kcal.
The result of the day is 1600 kcal. B - 120, F - 74, U - 114.
