Today I am sharing a recipe for Curd balls in a quick way. When you can't stop eating them, your hand reaches for the next one. Such curd balls are prepared very quickly and easily, see for yourself.

Recipe:

Cottage cheese -200gr.

Eggs -3 pcs.

Sugar -100 gr.

Vanillin -1 pack

Flour -300-350gr.

Baking powder -1 tsp.

COOKING METHOD

Break 3 eggs into a bowl, add 100 grams of sugar, ΒΌ tsp. salt and beat with a mixer until sugar dissolves, add vanillin. Measure out 300 grams of flour and add 1 tsp. baking powder. Add 200 grams of cottage cheese to the eggs, mix and add flour with baking powder. Knead the dough, the dough should be elastic, slightly sticking to your hands. You may need more flour, everything is curled from the moisture of the curd and the size of the egg.

Let the dough rest for 10 minutes. Now we take out the dough and roll it into a layer about 1 cm thick. Cut with a knife into cubes about 1 cm by 1 cm in size. But no more. Sprinkle with flour.

Pour vegetable oil into a saucepan and heat it up. Put the blanks and fry over medium heat until golden brown. Remove on a paper towel to remove excess oil. A small selection of foods makes a large plate of delicious pastries. Pour with condensed milk or chocolate, or powdered sugar. Tasty both hot and cold.
