Today I am sharing a recipe for an instant dacha tomato snack. The longer it costs, the tastier it becomes. I can't resist and start tasting in 2 hours. A neighbor in the country shared the recipe with me, for which many thanks to her. It's simple, but in the end it is insanely delicious.

Recipe:

Tomatoes -700gr.

Dill greens - to taste

Bulgarian pepper -1pc.

Garlic -3-4 teeth.

Vegetable oil -4 tbsp.

Sweet paprika -1 / 2 tsp

Black pepper - to taste

COOKING METHOD

We take one bell pepper, peel it of seeds and cut it into slices for convenience. Put in a blender, put 3-4 cloves of garlic here.

And punch with a blender until smooth. Pour into a bowl, pour 4 tablespoons. vegetable oil, add 1 tsp. salt and 2 tsp sugar, half tsp. sweet paprika, black pepper and mix, pouring is ready.

Fresh tomatoes about 700 grams, cut into 4 pieces. Put it in a container, fill it with filling, add finely chopped dill and mix.

Let us stand for at least 2 hours in the refrigerator and you can serve the snack to the table. With potatoes or just as a snack. I want to note that the next day it tastes even better, so feel free to cook more at once so that it will definitely be enough for everyone.
