Today I want to share a recipe for the Royal cheesecake shortbread cake with chicken. It is very tasty and, most importantly, does not take long. The dough is kneaded in almost 2 minutes, you don't even need to touch it with your hands, and the ingredients can be found in any kitchen.

For the test:
Butter -150gr.
Flour -300gr.
Salt -1 / 3 tsp.
Baking powder -1 tsp.
For filling:
Chicken fillet -400gr.
Onion -1pc.
Dijon mustard "Haas" -1 tsp
Sour cream -100gr.
Eggs -2pcs.
Black pepper - to taste
Salt -1 / 2 tsp.
COOKING METHOD
First, let's prepare the filling. Cut the chicken breast into cubes of 400 grams. Put in a bowl, add half. tsp salt, black pepper, break 2 eggs, add 100 grams of sour cream.
Add 1 tsp. dijon mustard. We mix. Cut the onion into cubes and fry in a little oil until translucent. But you can skip this stage, and add the onion raw.
Stir the filling ready. Put 300 grams of flour in a blender, add 1/2 tsp. salt, 150 grams of butter. Just from the refrigerator, add a baking powder 1 tsp., Now we punch everything. You can grate the butter and use your hands to turn everything into crumbs.
We take a form, the diameter of my form is 22 cm, grease it with oil, put ¾ of the dough, level it, make a small side.
Put the filling, sprinkle with the remaining dough on top. We put in the oven and bake at 180 degrees for 40-50 minutes, be guided by the oven. The finished cake should be slightly golden on top.
We take out and let the cake cool down a little. Now you can cut and serve. Juicy and incredibly tasty.
