Today I want to share a recipe for Omelet with cottage cheese. For breakfast this is the best option. A note of cottage cheese in an omelet is a complete delight, the omelet not only turns out to be delicious, fluffy, but even its structure is completely different.

Recipe:
Eggs -6 pcs.
Salt -1 / 2 tsp.
Milk -300ml.
Cottage cheese -150 gr.
Butter -30 gr.
COOKING METHOD
Break 6 eggs into a bowl, add half a tsp. salt, mix with a fork, you do not need to beat much, you just need to mix the protein with the yolk.
Now pour in 300 ml of milk and mix again. Now add 150 grams of cottage cheese.
We mix. We take a baking sheet from me measuring 27 cm by 15 cm, grease with butter and put about 30 grams of butter on the bottom.
Pour in the eggs and put in a preheated oven, cook at 180 degrees for 30-40 minutes, orient yourself in your oven.
Cut the finished omelet and serve.
To taste, such an omelette turns out as if cheese was added to it.
