I spend 30 minutes of my time, it is amazingly tasty also in a new format.

Hello, dear readers of the "Cooking with Natalia Kalnina" channel! I greet my regular guests, as well as all those who came to see me for the first time!

Today I want to share a recipe for a caramel honey cake. Honey cake is a cake that few people refuse, and then there are honey-caramel cakes. I will collect it in the form of a roll, so there is also an unusual serving of honey cake.

Recipe:

For honey cakes:

Butter -150gr.

Sugar -200gr.

Honey -2 tbsp

Soda -1 tsp

Flour - 320g.

For the cream:

Sour cream - 600 gr.

Powdered sugar -3 tbsp

Citric acid - to taste

Cooking method:

Put 150 grams of butter in a bowl
Put 150 g of butter in a saucepan. Add 200 grams of sugar. 2 tbsp honey. We put on fire, bring to a boil, as bubbles begin to appear, add 1 tsp. soda, mix and immediately remove from heat.

The mass will begin to foam, as it should be. Let's cool down. The cooled mass melts caramel color.

We drive 2 eggs one by one, Add sifted flour 320 gr.

The dough is ready.Place half of the dough on a standard baking sheet from the oven, lined with baking paper, distribute evenly over the sheet with a spatula or with a wet hand. We put a baking sheet in a preheated oven and bake at 200 degrees for 7 minutes.

The main thing is not to dry out the cakes, they must be soft. Next, we bake the next cake.
Let's prepare the cream. Mix 600 grams of sour cream with a fat content of 25 percent with 3 tbsp. icing sugar, the cream is ready. I also add a little citric acid to keep the cake from being sugary. The cream does not need to be whipped if you are cooking from store-bought sour cream, just stir with a whisk. We will leave a little cream for the top of the cake.

While the cake is hot, immediately cut off the edges and grease with cream.
As soon as the second cake is ready, cut off the edges, grease with cream and immediately roll it into a roll, the cake will break a little at the beginning, but then everything will be fine.

Optionally, you can grease the cakes with cream and leave to soak, and then roll up.


Now we wrap it in plastic wrap and leave it to soak for 4-5 hours. Now we take it out of the refrigerator, grease it with the remaining cream.


Turn the cuttings into crumbs and sprinkle on the cake. Pour chocolate over your wish.
