Today I want to share a recipe for chicken breast rolls in a creamy sauce. Such delicious and satisfying hot rolls will decorate the table on any special day, or you can simply serve it for lunch with a side dish. Believe me, your family will be grateful to you!

Recipe:
Chicken breast -500g.
Salt -1 / 2 tsp.
Black pepper - to taste
Sweet paprika - to taste
For filling:
Carrots -1pc.
Hard cheese -80 gr.
Garlic -2 teeth
Sour cream -1 tbsp.
Salt -1 / 3 tsp.
To fill:
Processed cheese -100gr.
Sour cream -2 tbsp.
Water -50ml.
Garlic -1tooth
Salt to taste
Cooking method:
We take a chicken breast from me 500 grams and cut into thin slices. I manage to cut into 3-4 plates, 1 half.
Now we beat off the meat.
Salt on both sides, add spices to taste, I add black pepper, sweet paprika.
Leave to marinate for about 20 minutes. During this time, we will prepare the filling. 1 small raw carrot grate on a fine grater, hard cheese about 80 grams grate on a fine grater.
Put in a bowl add 2 garlic cloves passed through a press. Add 1 tbsp. sour cream and mix. Salt to taste, the filling is ready.
Now we take a layer of meat, put the filling on the edge and wrap it in a roll. We fix it with a wooden skewer.
Take a frying pan, pour a little vegetable oil, heat it well and fry over high heat on both sides of the roll. About 1 minute each. You need to do this quickly so that the cheese does not start to melt.
Now we take a baking sheet, the diameter of my form is 26 cm. TO
Remove the skewers from the rolls and put them seam down. Let's prepare the fill. Take 1 processed cheese and rub it on a fine grater. Put in a bowl, add 2 tbsp. sour cream, 1 clove of garlic, salt to taste, pour in 50 ml of hot water and stir.
Fill the rolls with sauce.
We put in the oven and cook at 200 degrees for 20-25 minutes or navigate in your oven.

By the way, you can skip the stage of frying the rolls, and then you do not need to fasten them with skewers, but simply lay them seam down and fill them with filling.
Serve with a garnish and a delicious sauce.
