Today I cook cabbage cutlets in the oven. It is tasty, inexpensive, fast and very simple. I love them with sour cream. You can fall as a side dish or as an independent dish. Even children eat with great pleasure and ask for supplements.

Recipe:
Cabbage -600g.
Water -50ml.
Oat flakes -4 tbsp. (30gr)
Milk -150 ml.
Butter -30-50gr.
Eggs -3 pcs.
Salt -1 / 2 tsp.
Black pepper - to taste
Cooking method:
Cut fresh cabbage 600 grams into cubes.
Take a deep frying pan, add 30-50 grams of butter. Put the cabbage, pour in 50 ml of water and simmer for 10 minutes over medium heat, until the liquid evaporates.
As the cabbage begins to smell delicious and slightly golden, add 4 tbsp. oatmeal. By weight, it is 30 grams. Pour in 150 ml of milk, ½ tsp. salt, black pepper, mix and simmer over low heat, covered for another 10 minutes.
Sometimes we stir so that nothing burns.
Remove from heat and let cool. Now, when the mass has cooled, break 3 eggs, mix.
We take the muffins for baking muffins, grease with oil. We put the cabbage. I get 10 servings.
We put in a preheated oven and bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
As soon as a golden appetizing crust appears, then it's ready.
Serve hot as a side dish with meat or fish.
Can be served as an independent dish, supplemented with vegetable salad and sour cream.
