Today I want to share with you a recipe for fish in the oven. My secret to the juiciness of any fish is a creamy cheese sauce. Any white or red fish can be cooked with this sauce. Even pollock turns out to be juicy and tasty. You can take steaks or ready-made fish fillets.

Recipe:
Fish fillet - 700 gr.
Salt -1 / 2 tsp.
Black pepper - to taste
Lemon juice -1-2 tbsp.
Cream or sour cream -100g.
Cheese -50 gr.
Cooking method:
We take any fish you want, I am taking tilapia fillets today.
Dry with paper towels. We take the form, grease with vegetable oil, lightly sprinkle with salt. Now we put the fish fillets, salt on top, pepper. Pour lemon juice, about 1-2 tbsp. Leave to marinate for 10 minutes.
Now we put in a preheated oven and bake at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
During this time, we will prepare the sauce. Cheese 50 grams I have a Dutch grater. Pour 100 ml of cream into a saucepan or you can take sour cream. We put the cheese and put it on the fire. We heat until the cheese is melted. As soon as the cheese is melted, remove from heat.
15 minutes have passed, we take the fish out of the oven and pour over the sauce. We put it back in the oven. And cook for another 10 minutes.
The fish is ready, serve it with any side dish.
