Today I want to share a recipe for shortbread cookies with jam as a child "sandy strips". Delicate, crumbly with sour jam or jam - this is very tasty, besides, it is easy to prepare. This is a recipe from the series fast, tasty and inexpensive

Recipe:
Butter -200gr.
Egg -1pc.
Sugar -50 gr.
Salt -1 / 3 tsp.
Baking powder -1 tsp
Vanillin -1 pack
Flour -300gr.
Jam - to taste
Cooking method:
Put 200 grams of soft butter at room temperature in a bowl. Beat with a mixer, now add 50 grams of sugar, and vanillin. We continue to beat until fluffy and sugar dissolves.
Let's measure out 300 grams of flour, add 1 tsp. baking powder and mix. Now add flour with baking powder to butter and knead the dough. Flour may require a little more dough should be soft and elastic, not sticky to your hands.
We take baking paper, I have a baking mat and distribute the dough with our hands and a rolling pin, form a rectangle. I make on a standard baking sheet.
We put in the oven and bake at 180 degrees for 10-15 minutes. The main thing here is not to overdry the cake. Cut off the edges immediately. And divide it into 2 equal parts. Let it cool completely.
We turn the cuttings into crumbs. We take the cooled cake and grease it with jam, thick jam with aphids jam. Most of all I like to take with sourness. I have apricot jam today.
We put the second cake and grease with jam. Now sprinkle with crumbs on top.
Let it soak for a couple of hours and cut into portions.
Deper pour a cup of tea and start drinking tea. Delicate, crumbly and very tasty.
