Today I want to share a recipe for egg rolls with cheese. Such recipes are still said to be a masterpiece from nothing. In my opinion, such an appetizer will always find a place on the festive table, and it is prepared quickly and easily.

Recipe:
Eggs - 4 pcs.
Salt - 1/3 tsp.,
vegetable oil -1 tbsp.
Sour cream or mayonnaise -1 tbsp.
Starch -1st.l.
Turmeric -1 / 3 tsp
For filling:
Cheese -200gr.
Garlic -2-3 tooth.
Mayonnaise - to taste
Greens to taste
For homemade mayonnaise:
Milk -50 ml.
Vegetable oil -100ml.
Salt -1 / 2 tsp.
Mustard -1 tsp
Lemon juice -1 tbsp
COOKING METHOD
Break 4 eggs into a bowl, add a pinch of salt, black, 1 tbsp. mayonnaise or sour cream, 1 tbsp. vegetable oil, add 1 tbsp. starch. Mix with a whisk.
Let's stand for 5 minutes. Now we take the pan from my pancake maker with a diameter of 24 cm, lightly grease the eggs, mix, pour a little of the resulting dough into the pan.
Bake pancakes on both sides over medium heat. I get 7-8 pancakes.
Now let's prepare the filling. Hard cheese 200g, rub on a fine grater, put in a bowl, add 2-3 cloves of garlic passed through a press, finely chop dill or parsley and add to the cheese.
We fill with mayonnaise. I have a home. I cook it like this. Pour 50 ml of warm milk, 100 ml of vegetable oil into a jar and beat until thickened in seconds 15-20, now add half a tsp. salt, mustard 1 tsp, lemon juice 1 tbsp We punch another seconds 30. The mayonnaise is ready.
Stir the filling ready.
We take the pancake, put the filling, distribute it over the pancake and spin the roll.
Now cut into 3-4 cm pieces. Put it on a dish, the appetizer is ready.
I still remember this appetizer from childhood, my mother always prepared it for the festive table.
