This is a recipe from the Help series, when you need to cook quickly for tea.

Hello, dear readers of the "Cooking with Natalia Kalnina" channel! I greet my regular guests, as well as all those who came to see me for the first time!

Today I want to share a recipe for the Pancho cake, which takes me 20 minutes to cook and does not even need to turn on the oven.

Recipe:

For a biscuit:

Eggs -3 pcs

Salt -1 / 4 tsp.

Milk -10 tbsp.

Sugar -8 tbsp.

Flour -7 tbsp.

Cocoa powder -4 tbsp.

Soda -1 / 2 tsp. (Pay off)

Vegetable oil -5 tbsp.

For the cream:

Sour cream -800g.

Powdered sugar -3-4 tbsp.

Canned pineapples -1 can

Walnuts -100gr.

COOKING METHOD

First, let's prepare the dough. Break 3 eggs into a bowl, add 8 tbsp. sugar, pour in 10 tbsp. milk, mix with a whisk. Add 7 tbsp. flour without a slide and 4 tbsp. cocoa powder. Mix and add half a tsp. soda, extinguish it with lemon juice. Now add 5 tbsp. vegetable oil. Mix the dough ready.

We take a silicone mold with a diameter of 22 cm or a suitable dish for microwave ovens, grease with oil, pour the dough. We will bake in the microwave.

We put the mold in the microwave, set the power to 800 watts, the time is 6 minutes 30 seconds and press start. After the beep, the door must not be opened for at least 5 minutes.

We take the finished biscuit out of the microwave, take it out on the wire rack and let it cool, it cools down quickly.
During this time, we will prepare the cream in a bowl, put 800 grams of sour cream, I take with a fat content of 20%, add powdered sugar to taste, I add 3 tbsp. like sweeter add more.

Beat with a mixer, otherwise the cream will be liquid, you just need to mix it with a whisk.
If desired, sour cream can be replaced with cream, then you need to beat with a mixer until soft peaks.

Cut the canned pineapples into cubes, chop the pre-fried walnuts with a knife.
Take a sponge cake, divide it into 3 parts. Remove 1 cake, and cut 2 cake into cubes.

We collect the cake. We put the cake, which we left intact, soak in pineapple syrup, grease with sour cream. Sprinkle with pineapples and nuts.
Set aside part of the cream about 200 grams.
Put the chopped biscuit in the remaining cream. Mix gently.

Now put the pieces on 1 cake, put pineapples and nuts, lightly grease with cream. We put the sliced ​​biscuit and so we continue to form a slide.
Cover the top with the remaining cream.

Now melt chocolate 80 grams, bitter or milk, whichever you prefer. This is most conveniently done in a microwave oven. I put the chocolate on microwave for 15-20 seconds, at a power of 800 watts, then I take it out and put it on again for 15-20 seconds, and so on until the chocolate melts.

Pour chocolate over the cake. Sprinkle your wishes with nuts. We put the cake in the refrigerator, let it grow a little stronger.
Now we take out, cut and serve with a cup of tea. Try this option for making a quick cake, I'm sure you will like it. Soft soaked cakes with sour pineapple and nuts. This is delicious.
