Pie "Easier than ever" on kefir

The easiest kefir pie with semolina. It always turns out soft and always bakes perfectly, which is important. The cooking process is so simple that it couldn't be easier to imagine. They put everything in a bowl, mix and the dough is ready. Hence the name of the pie "As easy as shelling pears".

Recipe:

Kefir - 250 ml. (1 glass)

Semolina - 200g. (1 glass)

Sugar -200gr. (1 glass)

Flour -140g. (1 glass)

Vegetable oil -100ml. (1/2 cup)

Baking powder -1 tsp.

COOKING METHOD

Let's measure out 140 grams of flour, add 1 tsp. baking powder and mix.

Pour 250 ml of kefir, 200 grams of semolina, 200 grams of sugar, vanilla sugar, 100 ml of vegetable oil into a bowl.

Mix and now gradually add flour with baking powder, the dough is ready. We take a suitable shape from me 19 cm by 19 cm.

Distribute the dough evenly. We put in a preheated oven and bake at 180 degrees for 40 minutes, until tender, or navigate in your oven.


Take the cake out of the oven, let it cool and cut it into portions. We like it so much that if I bake it, then immediately in a double portion.
