The most common products are required and are always in the refrigerator. It goes well with sweet tea or coffee just perfect. I recommend cooking, especially since it is very simple to prepare.

Recipe:

Kefir -200 ml.

Vegetable oil -15 ml. (2 tbsp.)

Salt -1 / 3 tsp.

Sugar -1 tsp

Soda -1 / 2 tsp.

Cheese - 130g.

Flour -200g.

COOKING METHOD

Pour 200 ml kefir into a bowl, add 1/3 tsp. salt, 1 tsp. sugar, ½ tsp. soda and mix. Let's put it aside while we prepare the cheese.

Grate 130 grams of any hard cheese on a coarse grater. Add cheese to kefir and mix. Now add flour 200 grams and knead the dough.

Now mix 15 ml of vegetable oil into the dough. Divide the dough into 2 parts for convenience and roll a flagellum from each part. We wrap it in a bag, form a sausage.

And put it in the freezer for 1 hour. Now we take out and cut into medallions. Place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.

We put in a preheated oven and bake at 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Until cooked and beautiful appetizing color. We serve delicious cookies to the table.
