Recipe:

Minced meat -600g.

Bread -100gr. (4 slices)

Onion -1pc.

Garlic -3-4 teeth.

Salt -1 / 2 tsp.

Black pepper - to taste

Egg -1pc. (for minced meat)

And 5 C2 eggs for the filling

COOKING METHOD

Pour 100 grams of bread with milk or water and let the bread swell. Put 600 grams of minced meat in a bowl, any of which is mixed.

We break 1 egg, put salt a little more than half a teaspoon, black pepper. Using a blender, grind 1 onion, 3-4 garlic cloves and bread, pre-squeeze it from milk.

Add to the minced meat and mix everything. We beat the minced meat well. Divide the minced meat into 6 parts, each part weighing about 160 grams. In each workpiece, we make a depression with a glass, we correct it with our hands.

There should be such nests. We put in a preheated oven and cook at 200 degrees for 20-525 minutes, now we take out the blanks from the oven and break 1 egg into each nest, it is better to take small 2 categories of eggs.

Salt the eggs, add pepper to taste and spices. We put in the oven for 10 minutes. If you want the yolk to be liquid, you need to take it out earlier in 6-7 minutes.

We serve such nests with any side dish, for example, you can cook potatoes, rice or vegetable salad. It turns out very juicy, and tastes like juicy cutlets. It is not a shame to serve such even on the festive table.
