It turns out so delicious that everyone who tastes it is satisfied with the taste. And I cook it for the holidays and even just for dinner, since it is not only delicious, but it is also easy to prepare.

Recipe:

Chicken breast -400-500gr.

Salt -1 / 2 tsp.

Cucumber -1-2pcs. (250gr)

Onion -1pc.

Eggs - 4 pcs.

Mayonnaise or sour cream - to taste

Marinade for onions:

Salt -1 / 2 tsp.

Sugar -1 tsp

Apple cider vinegar -2 tbsp

Water -2 tbsp.

COOKING METHOD

To begin with, take a chicken breast of 500 grams, cut it into cubes or strips. Pour a little vegetable oil into the pan, put the chicken breast.

How the chicken breast will turn white and fluid. Add salt ½ tsp, black pepper, fry until the liquid evaporates under a lid. Then remove the lid and fry until golden brown. Remove from heat and let cool.

Cut the onion into cubes and pickle. Add half a tsp. salt, 1 tsp. sugar, 2 tbsp. apple cider or 9% vinegar and 2 tbsp. water, leave for 15 minutes. Break 4 eggs into a bowl, add 1/3 tsp. salt, beat with a whisk.

Fry egg pancakes. From both sides until cooked, 4 such pancakes are obtained. Cut the cucumber into strips. Cut the pancakes into strips.

We collect the salad, put cucumbers, meat, egg pancakes in a bowl, drain the liquid from the onion and add to the salad. We fill at your discretion with mayonnaise or sour cream. Mix and serve in a salad bowl to the table.

Delicious and easy to prepare. Of course, fried chicken breast can of course be replaced with boiled one, but the taste is completely different. Therefore, I do not recommend doing this.
