Poor Student Pie. Preparing is simply all mixed and in the oven. Why such a name, I cannot say, I have written it under this name for a long time in my cookbook, I did not change the name. I will say one thing, it turns out to be very tasty, and the ingredients are always there for a friend. It is moderately moist and goes well with tea and coffee.

Recipe:
Flour -240g.
Cocoa powder -2 tbsp.
Soda -1 tsp
Sugar -150gr.
Salt -1 / 3 tsp.
Jam -100gr.
Egg -1pc.
Kefir -200ml
Vegetable oil -50g.
Raisins -50g.
Walnuts -50g.
COOKING METHOD
And so we proceed. First, pour 50 grams of raisins with boiling water and set aside. Let's measure out 240 grams of flour, add 2 tbsp. cocoa powder, add 1 tsp. soda.
Let's mix. Pour 200 ml of kefir into a bowl, add 100 grams of any strawberry jam, break 1 egg, pour in 50 ml of vegetable oil, add 150 grams of sugar, 1/3 tsp. salt. Mix and add sifted flour with cocoa and soda. The dough is thick enough.
Chop nuts 50 gr with a knife and add to the dough, add washed and dried raisins. Mix, the dough is ready. We grease the mold with oil, I have a mold diameter of 22 cm.
Pour the dough and smooth. We put in a preheated oven and bake for 35-40 minutes at 180 degrees. Be guided by your oven. We check the readiness with a wooden skewer. We take out the cake and let it cool.
You can serve it like this or sprinkle it with powdered sugar, today I poured it with condensed milk with cocoa, the condensed milk was absorbed and the cake became even more tender. Everything is at your discretion. We cut it into portions and serve it with tea, even my daughter is fastidious, who does not like raisins and eats it with gusto.
