Today I am sharing a dessert recipe Trifle. Who else does not know this wonderful, fantastically delicious dessert? Which is more than 400 years old, in recent months it has become fashionable again and is gaining momentum, and it is not for nothing that it turns out to be so tasty and does not require much effort. TRY MANDATORY, my cooking option!

Recipe:

For the biscuit:

Eggs -3 pcs.

Flour -70 gr.

Cocoa powder -30g.

Baking powder -1 tsp.

Sugar -90 gr.

Salt pinch.

For the cream:

Cream 33% -300gr.

Curd cheese -250g.

Sugar powder -50-100g.

For glaze:

Chocolate -300gr.

Cream 33% -120 gr.

For filler:

Strawberry -400gr.

Banana -2pcs.

COOKING METHOD

First, let's prepare a biscuit.
We measure 70 grams of flour, add 30 grams of cocoa powder, 1 tsp. baking powder, sift and mix.


Break 3 eggs into a bowl, add 90 grams of sugar. And beat with a mixer until the volume increases, it takes 4-5 minutes in time.

Now add the flour with cocoa and baking powder in several steps and mix until smooth. We take the mold and pour over the dough, I have a shape of 26 cm by 26 cm. We level and put in a preheated oven, bake at 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes.

Readiness can be checked with a wooden skewer. We take it out of the form. Let the biscuit cool down, it cools down quickly for 10-15 minutes. Now we cut the biscuit into squares.

Prepare the cream, pour the chilled whipping cream into a bowl with a fat content of at least 33%. Beat until soft peaks. Now add 250 grams of curd cheese, add 50 grams of powdered sugar and whisk everything together. It turns out this cream.

We take our favorite berries or fruits. Today I take 400 grams of strawberries and 2 bananas. I cut the strawberries into cubes.
Cut the bananas into slices.

We collect dessert, I have a shape measuring 27 cm by 15 cm. First, put a little cream on the bottom, then put the biscuit pieces, at a distance from each other. Lubricate with cream. Put the prepared strawberries and banana. Lubricate with cream.

Put pieces of biscuit and grease with the remaining cream. We put it in the refrigerator for 1 hour to make the cream stronger.

During this time, we will melt the chocolate. We take 300 grams of chocolate, I take milk with the addition of raisins and nuts. Pour in 120 ml. heavy cream.

We put it on a water bath and melt it. Now let the chocolate cool down to a warm state. We take out the dessert and pour chocolate on top. We put the dessert in the refrigerator to soak. I clean for the night, during which time the biscuit will be well saturated with cream and berry juice and will become tender, soft.

Now we take out the dessert, if desired, you can decorate it with, for example, berries, or sprinkle it. Also, if desired, such a dessert can be prepared in portions in bowls.
