Hello, dear readers of the "Cooking with Natalia Kalnina" channel! I greet my regular guests, as well as all those who came to see me for the first time!

Today I want to share a recipe for a snack pie with mushrooms (Quiche with mushrooms). Not a single feast in our family goes by without this pie, guests love it, it turns out very tasty and juicy.

Recipe:

For the test:

Flour -300gr.

Butter -100gr.

Salt -1 / 3 tsp.

Baking powder -1 / 3 tsp.

Sour cream -150g.

For filling:

Champignons -500gr

Onion -2 pcs

Eggs -3pcs

Sour cream -150g

Black pepper - to taste

Salt -1 / 2 tsp.

Cheese -150gr.

COOKING METHOD

To get started, let's prepare the dough. Sift 300 grams of flour into a deep bowl, take 100 grams of butter and rub on a coarse grater. Mix the butter with flour.

Add 1/3 tsp. salt, I also add 1/3 tsp. baking powder. Pour in 150 grams of sour cream of any fat content and mix. Now we put it on the table and collect the dough in one lump, if suddenly the dough is not going well, you can add a little more sour cream.

Usually I don't need it. We put the dough in the refrigerator for 30-60 minutes, you can leave it overnight

During this time, we will prepare the filling. Cut fresh mushrooms 500 grams into cubes. Cut 2 onions into cubes. Take a frying pan, pour a little vegetable oil, put onion and fry it until translucent. Now put the champignons and fry the onions with mushrooms. Until the mushrooms decrease in volume.

We remove from the fire. Place in a bowl and let the mushrooms cool slightly. Now we break 3 eggs, add 150 grams of sour cream, black pepper to taste, half a tsp. salt.

Grate cheese 150 grams on a coarse grater, I have mozzarella cheese for pizza, you can take any other hard cheese. Add cheese to the filling, leave a little for sprinkling the top.
Mix everything, the filling is ready.
After 1 hour, we take the dough out of the refrigerator and roll the layer with a rolling pin.

We take a suitable form, the internal dimensions of my form are 31 cm by 23 cm. Side height 4.5 cm. This form has a two-layer non-stick coating, baked goods come off well from them, so you do not need to additionally use baking paper.
We put the dough and distribute it in shape with our hands, make sides, and make edging out of the dough.

Pour the filling.

Smooth out, sprinkle with the remaining cheese on top. And slightly press the cheese into the filling, so it does not brown quickly.
We put in a preheated oven and bake at 180 degrees until cooked 35-40 minutes. Or be guided by your oven. I put it in the oven on the lowest level and turn on the bottom heat near the oven.

As soon as the cake is ready, let it cool, I leave it in the form. When it cools, I take it out and you can cut it into portions.
It keeps its shape perfectly, and its taste is rich in mushroom.

Delicious. If you wish, you can replace champignons with wild mushrooms.
Now that it has cooled down, you can cut it. Soft, aromatic, the meat melts in your mouth. Words cannot even describe how delicious it is, to understand you just need to take it and cook it. Moreover, the process is not complicated.
