Sour cream -150g.
Broth -250ml. (or water)
Flour -30g.
Butter -30gr.
Salt -1 / 2 tsp.
COOKING METHOD
Cooking sauce for cutlets. Put 30 grams of butter in a saucepan or non-stick saucepan, as the butter melts, add 30 grams of flour and fry over medium heat for 3-4 minutes, stirring constantly.
Now pour in 250 ml of hot broth and mix quickly with a whisk so that there are no lumps.
If broth is not available, hot water can be added. Now add 150 grams of sour cream or cream and continue to stir with a whisk. If the sauce turns out to be thick, you can add more broth.
Add salt, half a teaspoon, black pepper to taste, bring to a boil and simmer for another 2-3 minutes. Remove the sauce from the heat.
