Today, hou will share a recipe for harvesting jellied tomatoes, otherwise they are also called tomatoes in jelly. You start to take a sample and do not notice how tomato after tomato disappears from the salad bowl. Will decorate any festive table. They look very beautiful, and even tasty - sour-sweet, dense, perfectly retain their shape and fragrant.

Recipe:

Tomatoes -1.5-2kg.

Bulb -1-2pcs.

Marinade: (1 liter is enough for 2 cans -1l, and 1 can -0.5l.)

Water -1l.

Sugar -100gr. (4 tablespoons)

Salt -30g. (1.5 tbsp.)

Instant gelatin "Haas" -30gr.

Allspice -2-3pcs.

Peppercorns -5-6 pcs.

Bay leaf -2 pcs.

Cooking method

Cut the tomatoes into 4 or 2 pieces. Cut the onion into rings.

We put onion tomatoes, onion tomatoes in layers in sterilized jars.
Prepare the marinade, pour 1 liter of water into a saucepan, add 100 grams of sugar and 30 grams of salt. Stir and add bay leaves, allspice peas and black peppercorns. Boil for 2-3 minutes.

Remove from heat, now add 1 liter of 30 grams of instant gelatin. Stir until dissolved. We put on fire, add 2 tbsp. 9% of the bite and bring to a boil, but you do not need to boil, as soon as the first bubbles appear, remove from the heat and fill the prepared jars.

1 liter of filling is enough for gna 2 cans of 2 liters and 1 can of 0.5 liters. We take a saucepan, put jars in it, cover the jars with sterilized lids, fill them with water at room temperature and put them on fire. As the water boils, we make the fire minimal, it is necessary for the water to gurgle slightly, so we sterilize the cans for 15 minutes.

Now we take out the cans, roll up the lids, turn the cans over and leave them until they cool completely. This is how tomatoes look at room temperature, after cooling, the marinade will turn into jelly.

Tomatoes keep their shape perfectly, everything is in moderation, both sugar and salt and vinegar. You start to take a sample and do not notice how Tomato after Tomato disappear from the salad bowl.
