I saw a ready-made mixture for making an Oreo cake on the wholesale market. I could not resist and bought it. I show you how to cook it.

Surely you have come across dry mixes for making desserts in the store. Usually muffins, pies or bread are the simplest desserts. Therefore, when I saw a ready-made mixture for the cake on the wholesale market, I immediately decided to buy it. Let's see what the packaging looks like.

This is an Oreo cake, I have never seen such a cake before. All labels on the packaging are in German. There are instructions for cooking, it is understandable even in German. But on the side of the box there is an instruction in Russian. There is also a composition. I wonder what the cake is made of.

The composition of the cake is not bad. There are various vegetable fats, however, it is not clear what origin, but otherwise the ingredients are good. It's time to find out what's inside.

In total, there are 3 bags of powders in the box and a paper tape of unknown purpose. I had to look at the instructions. It turned out that this is a form for assembling a cake, which is convenient. It is easy to assemble and holds its shape well.

It's time to collect the cake.

To make the cake, you additionally need room temperature butter and milk. I mix the butter with the powder from package 1, inside are Oreo cookies. I spread the resulting mixture on the bottom of the mold and tamp it.

Beat 2 packet powder with milk until creamy and put in a mold. Sprinkle on top with sand crumbs from the third package and put them in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours. Let's show what I did.

The cake is small, but it looks exactly the same as in the picture. The cream has set and holds its shape due to the gelatin in the composition. The top layer of the crumb is slightly saturated with moisture from the cream and does not scatter. It's time to try it.

The cake tastes very good. Although it contains vegetable oils, they are almost not felt due to the addition of real milk. The cream turned out to be very delicate and not at all sweet, which pleases.

I liked the powder cake, but I would not buy it a second time, since it is a little expensive (450 rubles per box). You can cook this yourself, and it will come out cheaper. If you want a recipe for such a cake, put + in the comments!
