Recently, my reader Stanislav contacted me with a request to share a recipe for healthy cookies. It was important for him that the dessert did not contain sugar and flour, but most importantly, that it was delicious.
The task is not easy, since the introductory ones severely limit the scope for imagination. But quite doable. In order not to complicate the recipe, I decided to use only improvised means and products.
I ended up with an amazing cookie. Perfect as a healthy snack at work or on the road. Let's cook!
Step-by-step recipe on how to make healthy cookies without sugar and flour
Peel the bananas and knead them with a fork until they become mushy.
Ripe bananas, which are already starting to darken, are best. They are sweeter and easier to knead.
Add the peanut butter and mix with a fork until smooth.
I cook peanut butter myself, but you can also use the store one. If you want to cook at home, follow the link at the end of the article.
Pour in oatmeal and mix until combined.
Put the dough on a baking sheet with a tablespoon and send it to bake for 20 minutes at 180 ° C.
After baking, leave to cool on a wire rack to room temperature and you can eat.
