Making a wonderful, simple snack to watch a movie or hang out with friends.
I add 1/2 teaspoon of salt to 160 grams of flour, mix.
I add 1/2 teaspoon of oregano.
50 gr of cheese grated on a fine grater.
I stir and add 2 tablespoons of odorless vegetable oil.
Gradually pour in warm milk, knead with my hands. You should have a dough that does not stick to your hands, but remains quite tight. This time it took me 80 ml of milk.
I knead the dough with my hands in a bowl for several minutes. I put the dough in a bag, let it sit for 15-20 minutes.
The dough lay down and became even softer. For convenience, I divide it into two parts, I put one part temporarily in a bag. The second part is thinly rolled out and cut into small squares. I put the squares on the board, prying them with a knife.
I will fry the squares in a large amount of oil, in deep fat. At once I shove them off the board into the heated oil, where they will already disintegrate from each other.
The squares will be puffed in oil, will begin to blush slowly.
I spread the pads on a paper towel. And I'm sending the next batch to fry.
We do the same with the second part of the test.
The pads are so crispy and tasty that it will be very difficult to stop :)
Try to cook!
