Preparing a delicious breakfast or snack for the whole family in just 10 minutes!
I am sure that many people are familiar with this breakfast option. I have a similar recipe on the channel in the oven, and now we will make it in a frying pan.
I break 4 eggs into a bowl.
I pour in 100 ml of milk.
Salt and add spices: oregano and black pepper.
Mix thoroughly with a whisk.
I add Suluguni cheese grated on a coarse grater, but any cheese will do.
I cut the pita bread into an egg-milk mixture. It is most convenient to cut with scissors, I make pieces of arbitrary shape.
I stir and send the mixture to the pan. I preheated the frying pan and greased it with vegetable oil.
Distribute evenly and cover with a lid. Fry over low heat, until golden brown from below, then turn over.
The easiest way to flip the cake is with a plate. Cover with a plate, turn it over and push it back into the pan. I put the lid back on. As it gets gilded from below, I take it off the fire.
A wonderful quick breakfast is ready, you can serve it to the table!
