I will make a very quick salad "every day". It is simple to prepare, it turns out amazingly tasty and juicy.
I'll start with onions, I have red onions, but ordinary onions will do. I cut the onion into half rings.
I cut one sweet and sour apple into strips and add to the onion.
I want to pickle the onions in apple cider vinegar, and I will do it with the apples.
I cut a whole slightly salted herring into oblong pieces.
I will need 1 can of canned corn, I drained the liquid beforehand.
But I still need liquid from under the peas.
I'll make a lean mayonnaise.
I pour 100 ml of pea liquid into a container in which I will whip mayonnaise. I add 200 grams of odorless vegetable oil. I add salt, a pinch of sugar, 1 teaspoon of mustard. Usually I also add vinegar, but since the onions are pickled in it, I will skip this ingredient.
Beat with a submersible blender.
Of course, I won't need mayonnaise in such a volume, I will put some in the refrigerator. The only thing is, then add a teaspoon of apple cider vinegar.
I add onions with apples and herring to corn and peas. I add 2 tablespoons of lean mayonnaise. I stir.
It turns out a super-quick salad, perfect for every day and for a festive table. Try to cook!
