Very tasty, juicy and beautiful baskets for the festive table - meat baskets with fillings! The preparation is very simple!
I have minced chicken 600 g, half chicken thighs and breast. I ran the minced meat through a meat grinder. Can be replaced with ground beef or pork.
Salt minced meat.
I add my favorite spices: sweet paprika and ground black pepper.
I knead the minced meat well with my hands.
I put the oven to heat up to 180 degrees.
Prepare the molds, grease with butter and lightly sprinkle with breadcrumbs. The molds can also be silicone.
I put some minced meat in the mold, shape the baskets with a spoon.
I send it to a preheated oven (180 degrees) until lightly browned.
While the meat molds are baking, I will prepare the fillings.
Finely chop a bunch of onions and boiled mushrooms.
Finely chop the tomato.
I break three eggs into a small bowl.
I add 2 tablespoons of yogurt (can be replaced with sour cream or mayonnaise). Salt slightly and whisk the ingredients together.
I send all the onions to the filling, mix.
Meat baskets were golden in 10 minutes. I put mushrooms and tomatoes in molds. Sprinkle lightly with oregano.
I fill it with filling and send it to the oven. As soon as the top is golden, the dish is ready!
The filled baskets were prepared for 10 minutes. I will take them out of the molds as soon as they cool down.
It turned out to be a very festive snack! Try to cook!
