What could be better than freshly brewed tea with fragrant delicious pastries? The more so because it is a snap to prepare. Try to bake the pies with apples in puff pastry - they are obtained sooo delicious!

Preparation:

First, prepare the stuffing. At the bottom of a skillet melt the 50g of butter and added to 3 large apples, chopped into small pieces. Pour 2 tablespoons of sugar.

Sugar can take a little more or less depending on the sweetness of apples. Also, add a little cinnamon to apples. Simmer all together over medium heat for about 15-20 minutes and allowed to cool.

Take the puff pastry roll out to a thickness of 5 mm, cut into squares. We spread our apple filling, and closing the pies. You can make a triangle, envelope - as you like.

Now grease patties lightly beaten egg and send it in a preheated oven. After 20 minutes puff with apples are ready.

Sprinkle them with powdered sugar and call households to the table!
