Today I will cook a delicious, aromatic, homemade and unusual pie.

In 500 grams of flour, I add 2 teaspoons of instant yeast, 1 teaspoon of salt, 2 teaspoons of sugar. I stir it.

I pour in 300 ml of warm water. I knead the dough first with a spoon, then with my hands.

Mixed a little, add 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil. I continue to knead the dough.

As soon as the dough gathers in one ball, I will lightly grease the table with vegetable oil and knead the dough on the table for another 5-7 minutes. The dough is very soft, pleasant, does not stick to the hands at all.

I grease the bowl and dough with vegetable oil, cover with cling film and put in a warm place. I put it in a bowl of warm water for about 1 hour.

Boil 400 g of potatoes until cooked, salt the potatoes during cooking.

I warm up the frying pan, pour in the vegetable oil and fry the finely chopped onion until light golden.

I am sending chopped mushrooms to the onions, I have champignons. It is better to cut the mushrooms into smaller pieces. Fry, stirring occasionally, over high heat.

Salt and add black ground pepper. I fry the mushrooms until golden brown.

I turn boiled potatoes into mashed potatoes. I have a lean version, I will add potato broth. If you want a non-lean option, then add a lump of butter and some milk.

Add mushrooms fried with onions and mix well.

I take out the dough, knead and divide it into about 4 parts.

I will sculpt the pies using a dumpling mold. I grease the form with vegetable oil.

Sprinkle the table with flour and roll out one piece of dough. I cover the form with dough.

I put the aromatic potato-mushroom filling in a bag and put it in the form cells.

Roll out another piece of dough and cover the filling.

And I walk with a rolling pin.

I remove the excess dough, turn it over and push out the pies. It seemed to me that it is probably better to sprinkle the dumplings with flour :)

I have already prepared the form, greased with oil and sprinkled with bread crumbs. In total, I got three batches of pies. I put all the pies in the mold.

I'll cover it with a towel, let it rise a little, and put it in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, for 25-30 minutes.

The cake is ready! I turn the form onto a plate, cover it with a towel, let it cool a little.

And you can serve it for a family tea party :)
