My name is Anya and since May 2018 I have switched to about proper nutrition and a calorie deficit.
In my blog, I share my experience of losing weight (from 132 kg with a height of 172 cm), everyday menu and recipes for dishes on which I lose weight.
I have currently managed to get rid of60kg.

Today I will immediately ask you a question.

What do you think is harder - losing weight or keeping it?

There are a lot of comments that you have lost weight and that it is easier than light, but try to keep it now! All the same, collect everything that you dropped (thanks to the "kind" people🤣).

So why do we have so many people in the world who cannot get rid of excess weight in any way, although they are constantly trying to do it? Is it that easy?

Yes, there are a lot of cases when those who lost weight kept themselves in hand for a long time, but then recovered again.

In my opinion, it is difficult to lose weight and maintain weight,

until the rule is firmly settled in our head - "if you want to be slim, control your nutrition."

Everything comes first of all from the head! All ours I can’t, I don’t want - all our laziness.

Therefore, it is difficult to lose weight, pull yourself together. The need to control nutrition has not yet formed, it has not been deposited deeply in the head.

And accordingly, weight gain is all due to the same. Lost weight, hurray! You can eat whatever I want again! Or a person holds on, holds on, limits himself, but eventually breaks down. Well, you can't spend your whole life on a diet. So much for weight gain again.

Everyone who has lost weight and maintains their normal weight, they all control their diet, but at the same time eat balanced, tasty and do not overeat their calorie intake.

Moving on to the menu for today.

My breakfast today consisted of sandwiches on whole-grain homemade bread (60 g) with cottage cheese (15 g) and lightly salted chum salmon (120 g). She ate sandwiches with green tea.

Breakfast came out on 410 kcal.

Finally, I baked homemade rye bread, I still could not buy whole grain rye flour. How I missed my bread!

By the way, whole grain bread is a complex carbohydrate that the body needs. It gives long lasting saturation.

I had a snack today during work with two kiwis - 140 g and 20 g cashews.

It turned out to be a snack for 195 kcal.

For lunch, I have boiled buckwheat (150 g) and stewed chicken liver in sour cream with tomato paste (100 g) and some vegetables (tomato, cucumber, sweet pepper - only 150 g).

Lunch turned out to be 350 kcal.

Last night, I simultaneously cooked soup, which I had dinner with, for the family I prepared buckwheat and stewed liver, which remained for me for lunch, and also fried meat, which will go to my dinner today.

I had a quest yesterday - to do everything in 45 minutes. And I made it!

It turned out that looking up at the clock, I realized that I was working and in 40-45 minutes my husband would come home from work, but nothing was ready for me yet.

I completed the quest🤣. But today I rest from cooking, I have food, I just need to warm it up.

Does it happen with you? You sit up for something and forget about dinner and then, as if a couple more hands grow 🙌

For dinner I have again tomato soup with lentils and vegetables (430 g) - 150 kcal.

And later in the evening I ate a piece of curd casserole with canned peaches with tea - 225 kcal

150 g is about 1/4 of the casserole. forgot to take a picture🤷‍♂️

In total, 1330 kcal were obtained in a day. The norm of water is drunk (in the morning on an empty stomach a glass and a glass before each meal, and then, if desired, during the day).

At home, I do abdominal exercises, squats, swings, arm exercises with a fitness tape, plank.

And no less important is skin care. With slow weight loss and care, the skin has time to tighten, and what did not have time will tighten when we achieve the result and move on to maintaining weight.
