I cook wonderful mouth-watering tortillas with very tasty and juicy filling. Perfect snack cakes. I'll start by making the dough, the most elementary dough - flour and kefir.
I add 1/2 teaspoon of salt to 250 grams of flour. I stir. I pour in 200 ml of kefir 3.2% fat. I knead the dough.
First I do it with a spatula, and then with my hands.
I kneaded a little and add 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil.
I knead the dough until smooth. You should get a soft, slightly sticky dough. The dough gathered in a ball, I move it to the board, stir it for another 5 minutes.
I will put it in a bag, let the dough lie down a little. For now, I'll do the stuffing.
Cut a large bunch of green onions into smaller pieces.
I prepare the filling in a new way for myself, for some reason I have not done this before. I liked the new method, the filling turns out to be especially tender and juicy.
I pour vegetable oil into a preheated frying pan, send the onion. I drive in 3 eggs here.
Salt the filling well, let the eggs grab a little and make scrambled eggs with green onions.
Returning to the test, it lay down and became even softer. In order not to add more flour, I grease the table with vegetable oil and the dough itself.
I form a sausage, divide the dough into six parts.
I stretch each piece of dough with my hands into a cake.
I put 1 tablespoon of the filling in the middle.
I hold the dough tightly together.
Slightly flatten the cake into a thinner one.
I heat up the frying pan, pour in some vegetable oil. I direct the frying cakes with the seam down. Fry over medium heat until golden.
The cakes are very tasty, with a crispy appetizing crust and a juicy delicate filling. Try to cook!
