In order to cook a very satisfying and tasty dish for a family for lunch or dinner, it is absolutely not necessary to stand at cookers after a long day of work, because the whole cooking process, not counting the baking time, can take you less than 15 minutes. The result will please you with its taste and appearance, you just have to wait for the timer signal. Cooking?
Ingredients:
Pork - 300 g
Potatoes - 300 g
Tomato - 1 pc.
Onions - 50 g
Salt to taste
Ch.m. pepper - taste
Mayonnaise - 2 tablespoons
Hard cheese - 80 g
Preparation:
1. To cook pork under the "fur coat", prepare the products according to the list. Peel, wash, dry onions and potatoes with plenty of paper towels.
2. Cut pork meat across the grain, cover with cling film or food bag, beat with a special hammer. Place the beaten meat in a baking dish and season with salt and pepper.
3. Cut the onions into half rings, sprinkle generously on the pork.
4. Cut the peeled tubers into thin slices (like on French fries). Rinse off starch under running water, dry. Add some mayonnaise, salt and pepper to the potato wedges. Stir.
5. Lay the potatoes in mayonnaise on top of the pork in a thick layer.
6. Cut the tomato into thin slices with a sharp knife, put on top of the potato layer. Now the form with the products needs to be covered with food foil and sent to the oven preheated to 190 degrees for 50-60 minutes.
7. After a while, remove the dish from the oven, pierce the potatoes with a knife or fork, if it is soft - the pork is definitely ready. Sprinkle grated hard cheese over the top of the casserole and place under the top grill for another 10 minutes to brown.
When the cheese crust becomes golden brown and slightly crispy, the dish is ready. Serve the pork under the potato "fur coat" with tomatoes immediately after cooking in portions.
