Children are certainly different, just like their parents. Someone eats a variety of cereals and mashed potatoes almost from the first days, and by the age of one year old they eat well, and someone, on the contrary, tries very carefully and slowly to introduce the child to adult food. I propose to cook an omelet on a steam bath, we will not use any oil. Also for the recipe, it is better to take fresh homemade eggs and good milk.
You need to carefully introduce such a dish into the diet of children, make sure that there is no allergy. If all is well, then a steamed omelet will make a great variety in your child's diet.
Ingredients:
Chicken eggs - 2 pcs.
Milk - 50 ml
Salt - a pinch
Description:
1. Prepare foods according to the list. Wash and dry chicken eggs.
2. Drive a couple of fresh homemade eggs into a deep bowl.
3. Add a portion of fresh milk at once - homemade or store - it's up to you.
4. Gently, using a whisk, combine the milk and eggs with each other. You should not be very zealous, you do not need to actively whisk the components, it is important to do everything slowly, slowly.
5. Pour quite a bit of salt into the omelet mass, literally a pinch.
6. Then pour the prepared mixture into a ceramic container, preferably a small one.
7. Pour water into a saucepan, bring to a boil and build a water bath. Move the container to the mold, cover and steam the omelette for 15 minutes.
