Today I have a very tasty and not difficult dish to prepare. Can be served for breakfast, lunch and dinner!
I need boiled potatoes and beets, they were cold yesterday. I knead the potatoes with a crush in mashed potatoes, you can grate them on a fine grater.
I rub the beets on the finest grater, I will do it in a colander, so I will get rid of excess moisture.
I send beets to potatoes, salt, add black ground pepper.
Add 1 chicken egg and mix slightly.
In two passes I add about 180 grams of flour.
I knead with my hands. This is the dough that should turn out, it will stick pretty hard to your hands.
I sprinkle the table well with flour. I spread 1 tablespoon with the top of the dough on the table.
Dip in flour and roll into a sausage.
I cut it into small pieces with a knife.
I roll the blanks with my hands into balls.
I dip the fork in flour and press the balls.
I throw it into boiling salted water.
As soon as they come up, cook for another 2-3 minutes. You can serve it to the table! It tastes even better if sprinkled with garlic oil.
In the melted butter, add a chunk of garlic squeezed through a press and add a little fresh parsley. Sprinkle with walnuts if desired.
Try to cook!
