Today I have a very quick and easy recipe. Delicious, fragrant curd-cheese cakes. You can serve it for breakfast and take it with you to a picnic.
I need 150 grams of cottage cheese.
You will also need 100 grams of hard or semi-hard cheese. This time I will take processed cheese.
I grease the grater with vegetable oil (so the cheese will stick less).
I rub the cheese on a coarse grater.
I add one small egg.
I add salt and black pepper.
Green onions (or other greens).
I pour in three tablespoons with a decent top of flour (only about 100 grams).
I knead the dough with my hands.
You should get a sticky curd dough. I put flour on the table to make it easier to work.
I flatten the dough to the diameter of the pan.
I divide the cake into triangles.
I warm up the frying pan, pour in the vegetable oil.
Fry until golden brown. Average fire.
A couple more minutes on the other side. And you're done!
It turns out appetizing, with a golden crust, curd-cheese cakes. Try to cook!
