Today I am preparing wonderful thin cakes on kefir with delicious aromatic filling. Prepare quickly and easily :)
I prepare the simplest dough with kefir. I need 200 ml of kefir, fat content 3.2%.
I add one egg.
Salt a little more than half a teaspoon, stir everything with a whisk.
In 320 grams of flour (2 cups) I add 1 teaspoon with the top of the baking powder. The baking powder can be replaced with soda, then half the amount. I stir it.
I send flour with baking powder to kefir and knead the dough. Mix a little and add 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil. I will continue to knead, you do not need to knead this dough for a long time. The dough will remain sticky, but no more flour is needed.
Salt 400 gr of minced chicken breasts, add dried onions, but you can also take fresh ones. I add some dried garlic and sweet paprika.
I add fresh cilantro to the minced meat, you can replace it with parsley. I mix everything well.
I dust the table and the dough itself with flour. I form a small sausage from the dough and cut it into 10 pieces.
I roll each piece with a rolling pin into a thin cake.
Thinly grease the flat cakes with minced meat.
I transfer the cake to the preheated frying pan with the minced meat down. I preliminarily greased the frying pan with vegetable oil. Fry on both sides over medium heat until golden brown. The flatbread is very thin and cooks very quickly.
Another cooking option: thin pizza. I also fry the cake with minced meat down, turn it over and grease it with ketchup.
Sprinkle with grated cheese on top, cover with a lid to melt the cheese. One more minute and the mini pizza is ready.
I do the same with the rest of the dough pieces and minced meat. In total, I got 10 mini pizzas.
