We are preparing a quick dough on kefir, there is already a recipe for such a dough on the channel (also cakes by the way), we will repeat it today.

I have 2 cups of flour (320 grams total), add half a teaspoon of salt and a teaspoon of baking powder, mix. The baking powder can be replaced with soda, but then less of course.

I drive in one egg here, add 100 ml of kefir and 100 ml of sour cream, you can take only kefir, and knead the dough.

I add a tablespoon of vegetable oil and knead the dough.

You do not need to knead the dough for a long time, as soon as all the ingredients have combined, gathered in a ball, that's enough. The dough turns out to be so slightly sticky, the hands are not entirely clean, but we will not add more flour for now.

For the filling, I made minced meat, I have minced chicken, from chicken thighs. There are about 300 grams.

Salt the minced meat, add black pepper, add a little dried onions, a bunch of chopped green onions and I have such a very small Bulgarian pepper, I finely, finely cut it into cubes, we also send it to the filling, everything is good mix.

Thoroughly dust the table with flour and dough from all sides, and roll out the cake.

We distribute the meat filling, now we roll it up into a tight roll.

Here I carefully join the edges of the dough and cut them into pieces.

Well, look, in just a few minutes we put on such a decent amount of pies or cakes with meat.

We warm up the pan well, pour in the vegetable oil and send our cakes to fry. Fry over medium heat so that the meat has time to fry, as soon as it becomes golden, turn it over.

Generally speaking, over medium heat, chicken meat even without a lid reaches readiness, but for safety reasons, you can hold the fried cakes either under the lid or send them to the oven for 10 minutes.

The cakes are very aromatic, appetizing, with a pleasant crust on top and soft inside, with a juicy, tasty filling, try to cook it.
