Today I am preparing a very tasty, juicy, tender, hot dish with a creamy taste.
Cut one whole chicken breast (2 fillets) into cubes.
I send 1/2 tablespoon of butter to a preheated frying pan.
I add 1/2 tbsp to the melted butter. l. flour. Stir thoroughly and keep on fire for literally a minute.
I pour in 150 ml of milk. The sauce will thicken in a couple of minutes.
I add salt and a pinch of nutmeg. Mix thoroughly again, and you can remove from heat.
The result is a delicious bechamel sauce. I add the sauce to the chicken breast. I stir it.
I add 1 egg and 2 tablespoons. starch. Salt, but I remember that the sauce is salty. I will also add a little ground pepper.
I mix everything thoroughly and send it to the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or better for 2 hours.
It remains to fry the cutlets, the pan is well warmed up, I poured some vegetable oil.
Spoon it, but I'll use the ring.
I form thin patties.
I fry on medium heat, as soon as the cutlets are fried, I turn them over!
As soon as they get gold on the other side, I take off the cutlets. Cooking for a couple of minutes on each side should be sufficient.
The cutlets are amazingly tender, juicy, with a pleasant creamy taste!
