Dessert of chocolate biscuit and orange jelly with light cream. Cooking is not difficult, and the result will surprise all guests.
I rarely bake cakes, but I love making desserts. The idea of this dessert came to me a long time ago, but all hands did not reach to realize it until yesterday. I did it and it turned out great, very tasty, moderately sweet, and I will definitely cook it for the New Year's table.
The first step is to prepare a biscuit, all according to the standard scheme:
- Eggs 3 pcs
- Sugar 3 tablespoons
- Flour 3 tablespoons
- Cocoa 1 tablespoon
- Melted butter 1 tablespoon
Beat eggs with sugar into a fluffy foam, then add flour and cocoa, then butter. I mix well and send to the oven to bake at 180 degrees until tender. I check the readiness with a toothpick.
While the biscuit is baking in the oven, it is fashionable to make jelly. To do this, I squeeze juice from one orange, add one tablespoon of sugar and warmed gelatin to it. I mix everything well and send it to the refrigerator until it solidifies, it took me about an hour. By this time, the biscuit is ready and cooled down a little.
It can be cut into small cubes to speed up the cooling process and use a blender to grind into small crumbs.
Next, prepare the cream, mix 150 grams of cream cheese, 150 ml of heavy cream and 3 tablespoons of sugar. Beat everything with a mixer, the thickness and density of the cream can be adjusted by decreasing or increasing the amount of cream.
Well, now it remains to "collect" the dessert. To do this, put a third of all biscuit crumbs into a mold and level them.
Put the cream on top of the crumb.
Put half of the jelly on the cream, which must first be cut into small cubes. Then we repeat all the layers one more time.
The final layer will be crumb. You can decorate the dessert at your own discretion.
Dessert should be allowed to stand for at least a couple of hours in the refrigerator and can be served.
