If you love squash caviar, then be sure to try this recipe. Everything is prepared very, very simply! And it turns out very tasty!
Here you do not need to fry anything for a long time, stir and make sure that it does not burn. Here you just need to wash and cut the vegetables, and then beat everything with a blender! The caviar turns out to be very tasty and almost dietary, since there is very little oil in it!
How I prepare this caviar, see the video below. There are also 4 incredibly tasty and unusual zucchini recipes + a small (successful) experiment! Look - you will like it))
I chop all the vegetables. It doesn't matter how you cut them. As convenient - in circles, cubes or cubes.
Put in a bowl, add salt, a little black pepper and 2 tbsp. vegetable oil. I mix everything well.
I put it in a baking sleeve, tie it on both sides and make several punctures with a needle. I spread it on a baking sheet. I put it in an oven preheated to 180 degrees and cook for 60-70 minutes.
I drain the excess liquid so that the caviar does not turn out to be too liquid. Beat vegetables with a blender. And you're done!
For the winter, I use a different caviar recipe - it is in the video above. And we eat such caviar right away. I store it in the refrigerator for 4-5 days. Try it! It's incredibly delicious. And it takes very little time to cook))
