I have 4 chickens, I will show you several options for preparations, very tasty and interesting. Such blanks save a lot of time, defrost and you can cook right away!
I butcher the chicken. I separate the legs and divide them into legs and thighs.
I cut off the tip of the wing and do not use it. I divide the wing itself into two parts.
I divide the rest of the carcass in half.
I divide the back into two parts, they will be for soup.
I remove the skin from the chicken breast and separate the meat from the bone. The chicken bones will be used for broth.
Thus, I will butcher the remaining chickens.
Workpiece No. 1
I put all the legs in a bag, pour in 5 tablespoons of soy sauce. I add 3-4 cloves of garlic, squeezed through a press. I add black ground pepper and smoked paprika. It is good to add 1 tablespoon of liquid honey.
I close or tie the bag.
Mix the contents of the bag well.
Workpiece No. 2
I put the wings in a separate bag, salt. I add 1 tablespoon of mustard.
I add 1 tablespoon of ketchup (tomato paste) or adjika. I also add 2 cloves of garlic squeezed through a press. Zip up the bag and mix everything well.
Workpiece No. 3
From chicken thighs, I will make a lazy version of chakhokhbili. I put the thighs in a bag, salt, add black ground pepper and hop-suneli seasoning.
I pour in 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil. I add 1 tablespoon of tomato paste.
Add 1 large, thinly sliced onion.
It remains to close (tie) the bag, mix everything well and the preparation of the lazy chakhokhbili is ready.

I'll just put the backs in a bag and take them out for soup as needed.
Workpiece No. 5
For a savory chicken snack, cut 4 fillets (2 chicken breasts) into oblong strips.
I put fillet strips in a bag, salt and add black pepper. I add 4 tablespoons of lemon juice.
I pour in 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil.
I drive 2 eggs into a separate bowl and add 3 tablespoons of flour. Stir well with a whisk.
I send the mixture in a bag to the chicken fillet. Zip up the bag and stir. I will definitely let you marinate for a while.
Workpiece No. 6
I cut the remaining chicken fillet 4 pieces into small pieces for chicken cutlets.
I put the pieces in a bag, salt and pepper.
Shake 2 eggs in a bowl and add to the chicken.
I add one finely chopped onion.
And 80 grams of grated cheese.
You can add 1-2 tablespoons of flour or starch, the cutlets will hold their shape better. Zip up the bag.
Here is such a beauty! I will leave them for at least 30 minutes to marinate and only then put them in the freezer.
Plus, there is chicken broth on the stove, as it cools down, I will freeze it too.

I take out the blanks and defrost them as needed.
I put the marinated legs in a mold along with soy-honey sauce. I put it in the oven for 40 minutes at 180 degrees.
While the legs were baking, I brushed them a couple of times with my own juice and sauce. For beauty, 5 minutes before the end of cooking, you can decorate with sesame seeds.
I cooked a lazy version of chakhokhbili in a slow cooker. 40 minutes in the "Extinguishing" mode.
Fry chicken cutlets in a pan. Put the minced meat straight from the bag with a spoon in a preheated frying pan. As they get gilded on one side, I turn it over.
I put the mustard wings in a mold and bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes. I have a convection oven.
I also fry chicken stripes in lemon batter in a pan. I will fry for 1 minute on each side. The pieces are thin and well marinated.
