Salad "Passenger"

Ingredients:

300 gr. beef liver
3 onions
1 carrot
2 pickles (not pickled)
mayonnaise
vegetable oil

Preparation:

Ingredients:

300 gr. mushroom
5 pieces. boiled potatoes
2 pickles
200 gr. sauerkraut
salt
onions or chives
sour cream
vegetable oil

Preparation:

1. Any fungi boil or to fry in vegetable oil. Then cut into fairly large pieces.
2. Boiled potatoes and chop into cubes.
3. Cucumbers grate.
4. Or green onion cut into rings.
5. In a salad bowl combine the potatoes, onions, mushrooms, cucumbers and sauerkraut.
Sometimes this salad add any boiled meat or sausage.
6. Salad season with salt to taste and sour cream.

Salad with crab

Ingredients:

1 can of canned crab
1 can of green peas
150 c. pickled mushrooms
1.5 cups of cooked rice
boiled carrots
3 eggs (cooked)
dill
onion
salt
mayonnaise provencal

Preparation:

1. Carrots, eggs, onions and mushrooms cut into pieces of average size. From this advantageous cutting lettuce looked all elements - from small particles of rice grains and greens to a sufficiently large pieces of crab, carrots and eggs.
Ideally, all parts must be of different sizes.
2. In a salad bowl combine rice, peas, and crab prepared chopped ingredients.
3. Stir, add salt.
