Recipe Pancakes with sour milk

Ingredients:

Cow milk (sour) - 2 stack.
Flour - 2 stack.
Eggs - 2 pcs.
Sugar - 2 tbsp. l.
Salt - 1 pinch
Baking powder - 1 tbsp. l.
Sunflower oil - for frying

Preparation:

We prepare all the necessary ingredients to make pancakes with sour milk.

Mix in a bowl 2 eggs, a pinch of salt and 2 tbsp. l. Sahara.

Pour ¾ of milk and mix thoroughly. Instead of sour milk yogurt can be taken.
Pour the flour and mix until smooth.

Then pour the remaining milk and mix well again. The addition of the ingredients in this order allows you to get rid of lumps in the dough.
If the dough get too thick, add a little milk if too liquid - flour.
Pour baking powder and knead the dough quickly. The consistency of the dough should be like a fat sour cream.

Dough with baking powder should not be confused for a long time, so as not to disappear the air bubbles. Instead of baking powder you can use ½ hours. l. solution of citric acid with ½ h. l. soda.

Preheat a frying pan with vegetable oil. The oil should completely cover the bottom of the pan.


It should be very warm so that the oil is less absorbed into the pancakes and they were not too greasy.
Put the pan in a tablespoon of dough.
Fry 1-2 minutes until golden and then using the blade turn over and a second side also fry until golden.

Was covered with a plate with paper towels and spread them pancakes, to remove excess oil.

Shift the pancakes in a clean plate or simply remove the paper towels and serve hot to the table with jam, honey or cream.
