Today I will cook delicious thin cakes in the oven. Very delicate, fragrant, with herbs. Slightly crispy around the edges. Simple and very quick to prepare.
I cut fresh herbs, you can take absolutely any. I have a bunch of green onions and cilantro today.
The cakes will be on sour cream, I add 100 grams of cheese grated on a coarse grater to the sour cream.
And I send all the chopped greens to the bowl. I mix well.
I add 1/4 teaspoon of baking soda to 100 grams of flour. Soda can be replaced with baking powder, then twice as much. I put flour and baking soda into a common bowl.
Salt lightly and mix thoroughly. You should get a very sticky dough, but clean your hands :)
I spread 1 tablespoon of dough on a greased baking sheet.
Dipping a teaspoon into water, forms thin cakes, flattening the dough.
I send the baking sheet to the oven preheated to 200 degrees for 5-7 minutes. The scones are thin and cook very quickly.
Amazingly fragrant, beautiful, ruddy cakes are ready! Very tender, tasty, slightly crunchy at the edges. Try to cook!
